Google Inc. (NASDAQ.GOOG) may run into antitrust hurdles with Thursday's $700 million acquisition of flight data provider ITA Software, travel industry players and legal experts claim. The reason is because though the two companies do not directly compete with one another, Google is by far the largest search site and ITA is the biggest airline search software company.
